However, as new residents began to arrive in Discedo, apparently the location of the chip was moved. After offering his services to remove it for Azula and to find the new location, he kidnapped Ada Wong for a week to find it. So far, only Walter Sullivan knows the new location. Since then, Walter has also performed a similar service for Himuro Kirie, who he feels great sympathy for, and Chii, whose innocence has left a confused but humbled mark on the killer. Eventually, Walter got around to finishing the 21 Sacraments on his last two victims: Eileen Galvin and Henry Townshend. This did not wake up his mother, though, who had convinced himself was room 302 at Latimir St. out of desperation. Maddened by his own failure, Walter has since decided to restart the Sacraments, first beginning by splitting himself in half again -- the adult who is the cold emotionless killer, and the child who feels everything. After Sacrament 11/21, Walter was apprehended by the residents of Discedo -- for now. While he's won their fear, it seems he's also won many people's sympathies for his own madness and grief. I had a bad dream. I was a bogeyman. I don't want to be a bogeyman ever ever ever ever. |

| Henry Townshend: Eileen Galvin: Although he's already killed her at least once, Walter still cares a great deal about her and considers her a mother figure. He's yet to admit it, but he regrets taking her life once already -- but will do it again if it means reviving Mother. Kadaj: An interesting boy who also seeks his Mother. Although they've had their disagreements since Walter killed Kadaj's friend, they still seem to be on the same page about finding their respective mother. Iroh: Someone Walter feels great dislike for. It seems to root back to when Azula first arrived; Walter's desire to talk to someone renown for patience was simply badly timed. Azula: Walter respects her, although doesn't trust her. Of course, who does he trust? He has removed her chip. Currently, they appear to be working together. Himuro Kirie: A ghost who shares her pain severely with others. Walter removed her chip, and feels complete sympathy with her situation. They seem to be working together. Chii: An innocent Persocom who has been completely kind to Walter. He cares quite a bit about her. Walter has removed her chip as well. They are friends. Nill: Another innocent who has been kind to Walter. She seems intent on helping Walter find a way to see his mother without violence. Although Walter doesn't believe there's a way, he appreciates her purity regardless. Ness: An unfortunate boy who has receiver most of Walter's memories. In turn, he has received the boy's; since, they've both been quite mixed up. Jackie: At first, Jackie took room 302 at Latimir St. as his apartment. Immediately, Walter was furious and intended to simply kill him, but Jackie was patient enough to move. At first, they hardly spoke, but when Walter snapped and was prepared to start over on the Sacraments, they have been since communicating more. It's difficult to say if they're friends, but Walter feels something of a relation with Jackie, even if he's currently imprisoned in Jackie's room. Miles Edgeworth: Sakon: An interesting boy who has spoken with Walter at great length and seems to comprehend Walter better than most. Walter has a respect for him and genuinely hopes he won't have to kill Sakon in the future. Razputin Aquato: A psychic who seems to have pity for Walter. Walter has not spoken with him much, but he seems to have communicated with Chii and Nill on a positive length, which is enough to earn a good opinion. Sora: A keyblade master who at first decided to be friends with Walter and allowed him to stay at Latimir, but since the recent murders has become understandably furious with Walter. Walter still cares about the boy, but was prepared to kill him if need be. Ichigo: A strange man who wants to become friends with Walter. Walter is unsure of him, but then, Discedo is doing a complete topsy turvy for Walter recently at any rate. Yorda: A curious girl who understands shadow magics and wishes to stop Walter from completing the Sacraments. Walter enjoys her innocence as he does with Nill and Chii. |
